For severe internal heat, add 6g of Forsythia; for severe external pathogens, add 3g of Saposhnikovia Root; for chest stuffiness and fullness due to pathogen accumulation, remove Unprocessed Rehmannia Root and add 6g of Immature Orange Fruit; for thirst due to heat accumulation in the Yangming channel, mildly add Mongolian Snakegourd Root or 6g of Pueraria Root, and for severe cases, add Anemarrhena and Gypsum.
