Atractylodes (soaked in rice water) 120 gm, Saposhnikovia 6 gm, Atractylodes, Poria, Peony, each 3 gm.

Finely chew the above ingredients. Add 350 ml of water, ginger, and jujube, and boil until reduced to 200 ml. Remove the dregs and consume before meals.
