For those with lung fire, replace Ginseng with Coastal Glehnia Root; for those with yin deficiency and excessive fire, add 9-15 grams of sea cucumber; for excessive phlegm, add red tangerine exocarp and Fermented Pinellia; for persistent cough, add loquat leaf and coltsfoot; for intense heat, add moutan bark and Chinese Wolfberry Root-bark.
