Lumps in the lower abdomen, with or without pain, or pain without lumps, or lower abdominal distension and fullness, or soreness in the lower back during menstruation, or abdominal distension and fullness, or menstruation occurring three to five times a month, continuously, stopping and then recurring, with colors ranging from purple to black, or with blood clots, or with metrorrhagia or fistula disease, accompanied by lower abdominal pain, or pink discharge with leucorrhea.
