1. Pinworm Infection︰The abdomen has a dull, intermittent pain that comes and goes unpredictably, accompanied by borborygmus, drooling, or enuresis and frequent urination. There is intense itching around the anus at night, often extending to the perineum and buttocks. In girls, pinworms crawling toward the external genitalia can cause pruritus vulvae.
