1 liang of deer antler (de-fuzzed, roasted to yellow), 4 liang of Cistanche deserticola (soaked in wine for three nights, cut, and baked dry), 1 liang of Polygala tenuifolia (de-cored), 1 liang of Dipsacus asperoides (pounded and crushed, tendons removed, soaked in wine for one night), 1 liang of Cnidium monnieri (lightly stir-fried), 1 liang of Morinda officinalis (de-cored), 1 liang of fennel seeds (imported, lightly stir-fried), 1 liang of Plantago asiatica seeds.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 5 deer antler spinal cords, remove the blood vessels and fascia, and boil them in 1 sheng of ash-free wine until it forms a paste. Grind thoroughly and mix with a small amount of refined honey to form pills, each as big as a phoenix tree seed. Take 50 pills each time, administered with warm wine before meals.
