Atractylodes (pounded, coarse bark-removed) 500 gm (soaked in rice water for one day and night, then baked dry), Fennel (stir-fried), Sichuan Chinaberry (steamed, peeled to extract flesh, baked dry), each 90 gm, Sichuan Aconite (prepared, de-naveled and de-skinned), Psoralea (stir-fried), White Poria, Dragon Bone (separately ground), each 60 gm.

Grind the above ingredients into powder, mix with wine to form a paste, and shape into pills the size of phoenix tree seeds, coated with cinnabar. Take 50 pills each time, before meals, with a decoction of Amomum villosum or rice water.
