Dried Pueraria (peeled) 15 gm, Sanguisorba (de-reeded) and Licorice (roasted) 60 gm each, Dried Ginger (prepared) and Angelica (de-reeded) 30 gm each, Black Soybean (stir-fried, shelled) and Poppy Shell (honey-roasted, pitted) 120 gm each.

Grind into fine powder. Take 6 grams each time, boil with 150 ml of water until reduced to 100 ml, administer while warm, at any time.
