Sichuan Lovage Rhizome (Rhizoma Chuanxiong)
Ophiopogon Tuber (Radix Ophiopogonis)
Desertliving Cistanche (Herba Cistanches)
Aconite Lateral Root (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata)
Cassia Bark (Cortex Cinnamomi)

Take equal parts of the above-mentioned herbs, crush them into coarse powder. Each dose is 9 grams, boiled with 220 ml of water, adding 3 slices of Fresh Ginger Rhizome and 1 jujube, decoct until reduced to 150 ml, strain the dregs, and take warm before meals.
