Bian Tong Ten Jujubes Decoction
Gansui Root 10g Chinese Date 30～50 pieces
Decoct the above ingredients with water for 20～30 minutes, remove the dregs and liquid, and retain the Chinese Dates. Consume 10 pieces of Chinese Dates at a time. If diarrhea occurs, do not take any more. If diarrhea does not occur, take one more piece. If diarrhea still does not occur, take another piece. Gradually increase the dosage until diarrhea is achieved.
