Wang, female, 34 years old. Suffering from abdominal distension and fullness with pain for two years, occurring intermittently, accompanied by anorexia, reduced food intake, fatigue, lack of strength, fear of cold, cold limbs, palpitations, shortness of breath, forgetfulness, insomnia, and loose stools. After several Western medical examinations, no organic sexually transmitted disease was found, and the diagnosis was "autonomic nervous system disorder." The patient had undergone treatment with both Chinese and Western medicine without success. The complexion was pale and dull, the tongue was pale with a white coating, and the pulse was deep and thin.
