This book summarizes surgical treatments into 10 methods: internal dissolution, moxibustion, divine fire illumination, knife and stone acupuncture, encircling medicine, opening to remove pus, closing wounds, medication, five virtues and seven evils, rescue, and recuperation. It also discusses the diagnosis and treatment of surgical conditions and empirical medication. It lists 72 types of conditions and selects over 70 prescriptions. It is a concise and practical surgical book emphasizing treatment methods. Existing editions include the 11th year of the Yongzheng reign (1733) woodblock print and Yixue Xinwu (6-volume edition).
