bubble_chart Description

This book divides the body's meridians into two major categories: "foot" and "arm." "Foot" represents the meridians of the lower limbs, totaling six: the foot Taiyang meridian, foot shaoyang meridian, foot yangming meridian, foot shaoyin meridian, foot Taiyin meridian, and foot jueyin meridian. "Arm" represents the meridians of the upper limbs, totaling five: the arm Taiyin meridian, arm shaoyin meridian, arm Taiyang meridian, arm shaoyang meridian, and arm yangming meridian. Under each of these meridians, the name, pathway, main diseases, and moxibustion are recorded. The direction of the eleven meridians is centripetal, meaning all eleven meridians start from the extremities of the limbs (hands or feet) and end at the central part of the body (chest, abdomen, or head), primarily treating visceral diseases. This book is a 1973 Mawangdui unearthed artifact, written on the blank space at the top of a silk scroll, totaling 34 lines. It was included in the 1979 publication of "Wushi'er Bingfang" by the Cultural Relics Publishing House.
