This book is also known as Waike Quansheng Ji, 1 volume, published in the fifth year of Qianlong (1740). Wang Wei-de compiled ancestral secret techniques and his lifetime experiences to create Waike Quansheng Ji. This book was later reorganized into volumes and annotated by Ma Peizhi in the late Qing dynasty, circulating in three volumes of the front collection and three volumes of the back collection.

Wang's book first summarizes the causes, symptoms, and diagnostic methods of Yongju, listing 29 types of syndromes. It discusses the treatment of surgical diseases according to the upper, middle, and lower parts of the human body, and also includes treatment experiences from internal medicine, gynecology, and pediatrics, totaling 75 effective surgical prescriptions and 48 Zabing prescriptions. Additionally, it introduces the properties of over 200 commonly used surgical drugs and other processing of materia medica, and includes the author's clinical cases, making it very convenient for clinical application.
