This acupoint is located in front of the second and third metatarsus toe joints on the sole of the foot, and is directly opposite to the Neiting (ST44) point of the foot yangming stomach meridian (ST). The instep of the foot belongs to Yang on the outside, and the sole of the foot on the inside belongs to Yin, hence the name Lineiting.
