Huan refers to Huantiao (GB30) point. This acupoint is located at the Huantiao (GB30) point, at the midpoint of the line connecting the Yaoshu (GV2) point, hence the name Huanzhong.

It is located on the hip, at the inner 1/3 inflection point of the line connecting the greater trochanter of the femur and the sacral canal hiatus. That is, the midpoint of the line connecting Huantiao (GB30) point and Yaoshu (GV2). Lie on your side, bend your upper leg and extend your lower leg to take it, or use prone position to take it. There are 2 holes on the left and right.
