Elbow refers to the Zhoujian (EX-UE1) part of the two upper limbs. The points are on both sides under the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra on the back, just level with the Zhoujian (EX-UE1) when the patient bends the elbow, hence the name cubital vertebrae.
