Puff, lump, swollen organs in the abdomen, such as hepatomegaly and splenomegaly, are generally called lumps. This point has the effect of treating hepatosplenomegaly, like cutting off the root of a lump, hence the name Pigen (EX-B4).

In the latissimus dorsi and iliocostalis muscles, there are dorsal branches of the first lumbar artery and vein; there are lateral branches of the posterior branch of the twelfth thoracic nerve, and the deep layer is the posterior branch of the first lumbar nerve.
