On back, on the posterior midline, in the depression below spinous process of 10th thoracic vertebra.

• Muscles: lin thoracolumbar fascia, supraspinous ligament, and interspinous ligament.
• Nerve: medial branch of posterior ramus of 10th thoracic nerve.
• Vessels: posterior branch of 10th intercostal artery and interspinous subcutaneous venous plexus.

Oblique insertion 0.5~1 cun; moxibustion is applicable.

jaundice, vomiting, abdominal fullness, stomach pain, poor appetite, lower back and spine pain.
