Clouds come out of celestial qi, celestial qi communicates with lung (see Suwen-Yinyang Yingxiang Da Lun). "Yun" (雲), cloud; "men" (門), door. The door through which cloud qi comes out, means that lung qi comes out from here. Secret Records of the Brocade Pouch: "Human qi and blood circulate continuously, starting from the hand taiyin, exiting the Yunmen (LU2) point, and returning to the foot jueyin liver meridian (LR ), enter Qimen (LR14) point.

On the outside and upper part of the anterior chest wall, above the coracoid process of the scapula, infraclavian fossa (chest between the major and deltoid muscles) depression. 6 cun from the anterior midline (
Xuanji (CV21)), one finger below the outer third of the clavicle, 1 cun above
Zhongfu (LU1).
- Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing: "Under Jugu (LI16) (clavicle), in the depressions, 2 cun lateral to Qihu (ST13) on both sides.
- Zhenfang Liuji: "Between the two bones under Jugu (LI16), 6 cun lateral to Xuanji (CV21) on both sides of conception vessel. " Put your hands on your hips and bring your shoulders and elbows forward, it lies in the depression between the pectoralis major and deltoid muscles.

- Muscles: pectoralis major on the medial side and deltoid muscle on the lateral side.

Oblique insertion is performed 0.5 to 1 cun toward the lateral side of the thorax. Do not insert deeply toward the medial costal space to avoid injury to the lungs. Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing: "Needling too deeply causes breath reversal and inability to eat." Moxibustion with moxa cone 3~7 rounds, moxibustion with moxa stick 5~15 minutes.
