Behind the calf, 2 cun below the middle of the popliteal crease (Weizhong (BL40)), in the depression between the two heads of the gastrocnemius muscle, when Weizhong (BL40) on connection with Chengshan (BL57).

- Nerve: medial sural cutaneous nerve, deep layer is tibial nerve.
- Vessel: small saphenous vein, deep layer is popliteal artery and vein.
