The depression between the posterior midline of the sacrum and the posterior superior iliac spine is suitable for the first posterior sacral foramen, and is horizontal with Xiaochangshu (BL27).

It should not be too deep to avoid injury to the rectum and bladder through the sacral foramen. Moxibustion with moxa cone 3 ~ 7 rounds, moxibustion with moxa stick 10 ~ 15 minutes.
