Grind the above 18 ingredients into fine powder, sieve, and mix well. Add 160-180g of refined honey per 100g of powder to prepare large honeyed pills. Take orally, one pill each time, twice a day.

Wind-cold-dampness impediment. Wind-dampness on the surface, headache, heavy body, generalized body pain, aversion to cold with fever, or wind-cold dampness evil invading the meridians, causing pain in the waist and legs, difficulty in flexion and extension, and numbness in the limbs.
