[Preparation method and dosage]
decocted in water for administration.
[Indications]
entwining throat wind, swelling and pain in the throat, swelling and congestion, red threads, spitting at the mouth, difficulty in eating, or even swelling outside; throat wind, sudden swelling between the mouthpiece and tongue, swelling and enlargement; tongue entanglement throat wind, hard tongue, rotten sides of the tongue; vulva carbuncle, born on the upper palate, shaped like a purple plum.
[Addition and subtraction]
If internal heat is severe, or fluid retention causes vomiting after eating, add 3 grams of Coptis Rhizome; if thirsty, burnt lips, dry tongue, constipation disease, redness, add Phelloendron Bark, Skullcap Root, Gardenia, and Coptis Rhizome; if there is swelling, add Phelloendron Bark, Skullcap Root, Gardenia, and Coptis Rhizome; Add Lonicera 15g.
