Insert 7 peppercorns into each date, wrap the dates back up, and calcine them over charcoal until they turn black and retain their properties. Grind into a fine powder. Take 0.9–1.2 grams per dose with aged wine. Three to four doses will surely cure. Adding a small amount of costus root, bitter orange, safflower, Chinese angelica, and trogopterus dung is even more effective.
