Magnolia bark 60 gm (coarse bark removed, stir-fried with 30 gm of crude salt until charred, stop when the salt no longer emits smoke, discard salt)
Large Pinellia ternata 30 gm (each cut into two pieces, stir-fried with sliced Polyporus umbellatus soaked in water until dry, discard Polyporus umbellatus)

Grind into fine powder, mix with wine and form into pills, each the size of a phoenix tree seed. Use 0.3 grams of cinnabar and 0.3 grams of agarwood, grind into extremely fine powder, and use in two layers as a coating. Dry in the shade. Take 50 to 70 pills before meals, with salted wine, rice water, or administer with lightly salted water.
