Grind into powder, place in a silk bag, add water and shake to extract the flour. Repeat the shaking process until all the flour is extracted. Store in a porcelain basin, expose to sunlight during the day and dew at night. Dry for five days in spring, three days in summer, seven days in autumn, and ten days in winter. Form into sticky rice flour and water paste pills the size of mung beans. Take twenty pills per dose with ginger soup for paralysis, or with wine for infantile convulsions, or with Mentha soup for three to five pills.
