The formula Starwort Root can clear bone marrow heat and cure steaming bone fever of consumptive disease; Chinese Wolfberry Root-bark, Neopicrorhiza, Anemarrhena both enter the yin component and clear away the heat inside; Sweet Wormwood and Gentian both have the function of pungent powder and can relieve heat. The internal heat emerges from the surface; turtle carapace nourishes yin and subduing yang, nourishes the liver and kidneys, and introduces various medicines into the interior; Liquorice Root regulates the Spleen and stomach, to avoid the cold and greasy taste injury to the spleen and stomach. Combined into a formula, they can clear bones and reduce steam, nourishing yin and subduing yang.

For severe blood deficiency, add Chinese Angelica, Peony Root, Unprocessed Rehmannia Root; for frequent cough, add Donkey -hide Gelatin, Ophiopogon Tuber, Schisandra Fruit.
