[description]

Ke Qin (approximately 1662~1735), whose courtesy name was Yunbo and whose nickname was Shifeng, was born in Cixi, Zhejiang Province in the late Ming Dynasty and early Qing Dynasty. He was very knowledgeable during his lifetime, could write poetry, and was good at ancient prose. He did not want to be an official, so he studied behind closed doors for a long time and studied medicine intensively. His family was poor, so he traveled to Wu (a territory belonging to the state of Wu in the Spring and Autumn Period, now part of southern Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui) and lived in Yushan. He was skilled in medical skills, but he was not proud of his medical skills. He lived in seclusion and lived in poverty. His works include Shanghan Laisu Ji 8 volumes, including Shanghan Lun Notes, Shanghan Lun Wings >and disease caused by cold 蜷 Wing.

In terms of academic thought, he believes that after Shanghan Lun was edited by Wang Shu-he, Zhang Zhong-jing cannot be read in its original form. Arrived, but there are still some traces to be found. Later compiled by Lin Dang, Fang You-zhi, Yu Jia-yan, etc., there is no Zhongjing. DCT>The original book does not contain the preface of Wang Shu-he, which is mostly far-fetched. So he wrote 4 volumes of Shanghan Lun Notes and reorganized the book Zhongjing. The first article is "Overview of disease caused by cold", with 14 articles in total; the first article is "If a disease has fever aversion to cold, it originates from Yang; if there is no fever aversion to cold, it originates from Yin", which is used as The general outline of the pathogenesis of three yin and three yang. The other items in the first chapter are mostly internal and external yin-yang Bingchuan's theory, so that readers can know the general pulse syndrome of disease caused by cold as soon as they open the book. Thereafter, the six meridian syndromes and their respective treating prescriptions are listed, with the modified prescriptions at the end. In this way, the outline is laid out, highlighting the prescriptions and syndromes, so that students can understand the syndromes when they know the prescriptions, and it is suitable for clinical application. However, some of the deletions and changes made by Ke Qin to Shanghan Lun were inappropriate and caused criticism from later generations.

Ke Qin has done extensive research on Shanghan Lun, and his interpretation has many new insights. For example, regarding the meaning of "Six Classics" in Shanghan Lun, predecessors have interpreted it as meridian and collateral, and others have interpreted it as luck. Ke Qin believes that the six meridians are like the meridians on the ground, and meridian and collateral are the paths of the six meridians. He is in the Shanghan Lun wing﹒ The Six Classics Zhengyi says that the Six Classics of Zhongjing are the paths of the meridian world, not the classics of meridian and collateral; the Six Classics of Zhongjing are The ground is divided into six areas, which are as wide as they should be. Although the pulse is regarded as meridian and collateral, the theory is not exclusively based on meridian and collateral. He divided the ground under the jurisdiction of the Six Meridians into: above the waist, there are three yang ground, the three yang ground governs the outside and the original is inside; below the waist, there are three yin ground, the three yin governs the inside and the deficient outside. Taiyang (EX-HN5) The ground is from the heart and chest on the inside, from the top of the head on the outside, from the front to the forehead, back to the shoulders and back, down to the feet, and joins the bladder; this meridian governs nutrient-defense and governs superficial diseases of the body. The Yangming ground starts from the heart and chest, to the stomach and intestines internally, and externally starts from the head, from the face to the abdomen, and down to the feet. The ground of Shaoyang is from the heart to the throat, the mouth and cheeks, the upper ears and eyes, obliquely to the top, from the side of the body on the outside, and the gallbladder on the inside. The ground of Taiyin originates from the abdomen, consists of the spleen and the two intestines. The ground of Shaoyin is from the abdomen to the two kidneys and bladder. The Jueyin ground is from the abdomen, from the liver, to the heart, from under the ribs to the lower abdomen, all tendons; this meridian passes through the triple energizer and governs the internal syndrome of the body. He believed that if doctors could understand the topography of the six meridians, they would be able to grasp the origin of the disease; if they could know the origin of the six meridians, they would be able to apply the rules for treating diseases. Ke Qin These views are unique and attracted the attention of later generations of scholars.

In Shanghan Lun wing﹒ In the preface, Ke Qin puts forward the view that "disease caused by cold, Zabing, there are no dual principles of treatment, and Xian returns to the control of the six classics". He believed that the Six Classics Shanghan Lun legislated for all diseases, including external diseases caused by cold and internal injuries Zabing. Zhongjing The six meridians divide the human body into six regions, so all diseases of the whole body are included in the scope of the six meridians. All wind, cold, and heat, internal injuries and external infections, from the outside to the inside, include cold and heat. Either virtual or real, everything is included. Zhang Zhong-jing links disease caused by cold and Zabing, and together they are named Shanghan Zabing Lun, disease caused by cold is just one type of six-meridian disease. In addition, he believes that Zabing is the most common among disease caused by cold, and it is often a mixture of internal and external, presenting both false and true symptoms. In short, disease caused by cold and miscellaneous diseases cannot escape from the six meridians. To treat disease caused by cold, we must also explore the principles of Zabing; Zhang Zhong-jing's Shanghan Lun also elaborates on the diagnosis and treatment of Zabing. Ke Qin was able to use the Six Classics as the guideline to comprehensively understand the syndrome differentiation and treatment of disease caused by cold and Zabing, and to connect the two to discuss it was his original idea. This is very important for It is of reference value for future generations.

Regarding the preparation method of Zhang Zhong-jing Shanghan Lun, Ke Qin’s research also grasped the essentials and realized the essence. He believes that the prescriptions used by Zhongjing should be "according to the evidence" and "living methods", rather than sticking to naming and "dead methods, dead methods". He also believed that the Zhongjing cube was refined but not complex, with the six directions being the main ones, and all directions could be added or subtracted accordingly. All the sweating agents are derived from Cinnamon Twig, the emetic agents are all derived from Gardenia, the attacking agents are all derived from Chengqi, the harmonizing agents are all derived from Bupleurum, the cold agents are all derived from the heart-relieving agent, the warming agents are all derived from the reversal cold of limbs, and they are numbered together. There are one hundred and thirteen squares. Summarized in this way, the outline is extended and the key points are gained. In addition, he also pointed out that each of the six classics has its own special treatment, and other meridian and collateral are also useful for each other. For example, Ma Gui Er Decoction is designed for Taiyang (EX-HN5) nutrient-defense, and yangming disease can be used in nutrient-defense; True Warrior Decoction is designed for Shaoyin and edema qi, and Taiyang (EX-HN5) is used for those who lose yang after sweating. You can use and so on. In short, Zhongjing Cube has only the difference between exterior and interior, Hanre, virtual and actual, and there is no distinction between diseases caused by cold, apoplexy and miscellaneous diseases.

Ke Qin's writings about Shanghan Lun are profound in theory and clear in explanation. Later generations believe that "it owes a lot to Zhong Jing" and has great influence on future generations. Big impact. Ancient and Modern Mingyi Fanglun compiled by Xin'an Luo Dongyi, among which Ke Qin contains many discussions. This shows how profound his research on Shanghan Lun was. This was also the result of his hard work and made an indelible contribution to the development of medicine. Therefore, he is called a famous doctor of his generation and will remain in the annals of history. is worth it.
