Wang Jiu-si (1468~1551) a writer of the Ming Dynasty. The courtesy name is Jingfu, and the number is 渼PI. A native of Hu County (now Hu County), Shaanxi Province. In the ninth year of Hongzhi (1496), he became a Jinshi. He was selected as a good scholar and later reviewed. During this period, Li Mengyang, He Jingming, Kang Hai and others came to Beijing one after another to gather and give lectures, advocating that literature should be compared with the Qin and Han Dynasties, and poetry should be compared with the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Called "the first seven sons". In the fourth year of Zhengde (1509), he was transferred to be the director of the literary selection of the Ministry of Personnel. In the same year, he was promoted from Yuanwailang to Langzhong. In the autumn of the same year, he was demoted to Shouzhou Tongzhi on the charge of being a party member. The following year, he was ordered to resign for the same reason. He once co-annotated Nan Jing, and so far there are five volumes of "Wang Hanlin's Annotations Huangdi Bashiyinan Jing" in circulation.
