Fourteen volumes. This book is a commentary and annotation on the Gynaecology section of the "Zhengzhi Zhunsheng" by Wang Kentang of the Ming Dynasty. "Fu Qingzhu's Gynaecology" (1826 AD), written by Fu Shan (Qingshan) of the Qing Dynasty, consists of two volumes. The first volume discusses 38 conditions such as leukorrhea, menorrhagia, and menstrual regulation, with 41 prescriptions; the second volume discusses 40 conditions such as pregnancy, late abortion, difficult delivery, normal delivery, and postpartum issues, with 42 prescriptions. This book is a specialized work on obstetrics and gynecology, compiled by Wu Zhiwang. It reorganizes the content of Nyuke Zhengzhi Zhunsheng, dividing it into two parts: medical theories and medical prescriptions, making it more structured. The book was first published in the 48th year of the Wanli era (1620) as a 5-volume edition. It was reprinted the following year. In the 4th year of the Kangxi era (1665), Wang Qi, noting that "the original edition no longer exists, and people often wish to purchase the remaining copies, but they are as rare as alchemical scriptures, something one can think of but not obtain," revised and re-edited the book. He removed six medical essays written by Wu himself and added over 1,430 marginal notes, republishing it as a 14-volume edition. The 14-volume edition was widely circulated, with 36 different versions. In 1958, the Shanghai Science and Technology Publishing House reprinted this book, making it the commonly used edition.

The entire book consists of 5 volumes. Volume 1 covers topics such as menstrual regulation, amenorrhea, menorrhagia and metrostaxis, and red leukorrhea. Volume 2 is divided into sections on deficiency fatigue, blood wind, masses, edema, and external genitalia diseases. Volumes 3 to 5 cover topics such as seeking children, prenatal care, parturition, postpartum care, and breast diseases, with detailed prescriptions. It is regarded as an important reference book in obstetrics and gynecology by later generations.
