This book is also known as Gynaecology, in 2 volumes, written by Fu Shan, and was completed around the Seven Reincarnations era. It was first published in the seventh year of Daoguang (1827) and later included in Fu Qing-zhu's Male Gynaecology. The combined editions often include Fu's Complete Works on Gynaecology, with an additional Postpartum Section in 2 volumes, hence it is sometimes referred to as Gynaecology?Postpartum Compilation. The revised edition by Lu Mao-xiu in Shibuzhai Yishu divides Gynaecology into 8 volumes and eight categories, renaming it Revised Fu Zhenjun's Gynaecology, and changes Postpartum Compilation to Generation and Transformation Compilation.

The current edition of Fuqingzhu Gynecology (Gynaecology) includes in its first volume five categories: leukorrhea, menorrhagia, abdominal mass in females, menstrual regulation, and fertility, each with several conditions, totaling 38 entries, 39 symptoms, and 41 prescriptions. The second volume covers pregnancy, late abortion, difficult delivery, normal delivery, and postpartum conditions, also in five categories, totaling 39 entries, 41 symptoms, and 42 prescriptions. The Postpartum Compilation in the first volume includes a general discussion on postpartum, pre and postpartum prescriptions and contraindications, and treatments for postpartum conditions, listed as 17 symptoms; the second volume continues with 26 symptoms and includes an additional supplement chapter. The text is straightforward, with concise and clear discussions, adhering strictly to the principle-method-recipe-medicinal approach, emphasizing the pathology of the liver, spleen, and kidneys, and is highly regarded by gynecologists for its practical use of qi and blood tonification and spleen-stomach regulation methods.
