This book is also called Su Chenneihan's Recipe, with 15 original volumes. It is based on Shen Kuo's Good Prescription (also known as Effective Prescription, Shen's Good Recipe, Shen Cun-zhong Liangfang) is a medical book compiled from 10 volumes and Su Shi's Su Xueshifang (also known as Miscellaneous Medical Notes) . The current version is in 10 volumes. This book is similar to the genre of medical essays and extensively discusses various aspects of medicine. Volume 1 covers pulse theory, zang-fu organ, materia medica and moxibustion; Volumes 2 to 5 introduce internal medicine Zabing I > and treatment prescriptions; Volume 6 is about health preservation and alchemy; Volumes 7 to 10 discuss five sense organs, surgery, pediatrics, gynecological diseases and treatment prescriptions. There are many cases attached to various diseases, and there are also incisive discussions on the nature, flavor, collection, combination of medicinals, and dosage form of materia medica. Many of the treatment prescriptions have been compiled by the author after hearing and seeing them. They are simple, easy to implement and relatively reliable, and have certain clinical reference value. The prepared salt "Yang refining method" and "Yin refining method" of a medicine contained in Volume 6 are methods for artificially extracting purer sex hormones. It is a major achievement in pharmaceutical chemistry. See Annals of Physiology (1971 ). The earliest extant version of this book is the Jiajing edition of the Ming Dynasty; there were many editions of the book in the Qing Dynasty, including Sikuquanshuben, Liulinzhai Medical Textbook, etc. A photocopy was published by the Mainland People's Health Publishing House in 1956.
