[description]
Written by Yuan Hua Shou in the first year of Zhizheng (1341), it is a monograph on meridian. The book was lost shortly after its publication, but its contents were preserved after Xue Kai and Xue Ji included it in Xue's Medical Records. In addition to the Shisijing Fahui version, there are also separate editions, such as: the engraved edition in the 16th year of Rixiangbao (1731), the engraved edition in the 6th year of Ribaoyong (1709) Year) Yoshinoya Gonhei's edition, the Osaka Auchiya Kihei edition in 1726, the 1986 Shanghai Science and Technology Press proofread edition, etc., but the above-mentioned single editions are all derived from Xue's Medical Records.
Shisijing Fahui is divided into 3 volumes, with 1 article in each volume. The first volume is "Yin-yang multiple abscess of hands and feet", which summarizes the order of yin-yang meridian qi and blood multiple abscess; the middle volume is "fourteen meridians meridian qi", which discusses the fourteen meridians' route, acupoint position and the ten points of hands and feet. The clinical manifestations of "Shi Dong" disease in the Second Meridian; the second volume is "Eight Extra Meridians", discussing the circulation sites, physiological functions and pathological changes of eight extra Meridians. The book raises the Du Ren lineage to the same status as the twelve regular meridians, which is a development of meridian and collateral theory. All 657 acupoints belong to the Fourteen Meridians meridian, which is also a major invention of Hua. The method of selecting acupoints along the meridian advocated by him has been followed by later generations of acupuncture and moxibustion doctors.
