This book is also called Zhenjiu Daquan, written by Yang Ji-zhou and corrected by Jin Xian. Published in the twenty-ninth year of Wanli (1601). There are acupuncture and moxibustion theory, treatment and meridian and collateral back transport point, etc., and a preliminary summary of the main achievements of Acupuncture and Moxibustion before the Ming Dynasty. There are more than 50 editions of this book to date. The current edition is a 10-volume edition, including the first edition, the edition published by Li Guiyue of Shunzhi Dingyou (1657) of the Qing Dynasty, the typesetting edition of People's Medical Publishing House in 1963, and the revised edition in 1984.

The book has 10 volumes in total. Volume 1 is the theoretical part, and Volumes 2 to 3 are poems. Volume 4 is a diagram of the dimensions of a supine person, Beishu, abdominal acupoint rest, cun method, nine needles theory, acupuncture, tonic and diarrhea, acupuncture and moxibustion taboos, etc.; "meridian and collateral are set as questions and answers" , is the experience summary of Yang's technique. Volume 5 is the sea point, midnight-noon ebb-low acupuncture and Linggui Feiteng eight-point acupuncture of Jingxingshuyuan Jing. Volumes 6 to 7 are the main treatments of five zang-organs, six fu-organs and points of fourteen meridians, meridian point songs and research on acupoint methods, extra meridian, collateral vessel, meridian sinew, key points, extra point, etc. Volume 8 first contains Shenying Jing Dafa, which discusses the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of 23 diseases in total, including internal, external, five sense organs, gynecology, and pediatrics. The first chapter of Volume 9 discusses the general principles of treating diseases, and at the end is appended 31 medical cases of Yang. Volume 10 is an appendix, which compiles Chen's (Anonymous) Pediatric Massage Classic, making it the only authentic version.
