The middle part of the abdomen, 4 inches from the middle of the umbilicus, in the depression on the outer edge of the rectus abdominis muscle.
- Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing: "Three inches below Fu'ai (SP16), directly by the navel" ;
- Leijing Tuyi: "Take three and a half inches of Fu'ai (SP16), level the navel, and remove three and a half inches of middle line";
- Zhenfang Liuji: "Straight horizontally in the middle of the navel Daheng (SP15) pattern, straight up on both breasts, four inches on each side of the conception vessel (CV)."
- Zhenjiu Zishengjing: "The length of the abdominal midline should be four and a half inches each"; there are differences in the distance from the front midline as described by various schools, so we will follow Zhenfang Liuji.
