【Origin】
Literal meaning "storehouse". Kufang (ST14) is a place for storage, and it is located in the thick bulge of muscles. It also belongs to the foot yang brightness stomach meridian (ST), hence the name.
【Location】
Open 4 inches lateral to the front midline of the chest, in the depression of the first intercostal space. It is the same as
Huagai (CV20), approximately equal to the lower edge of the midpoint of the clavicle (
Qihu (ST13)) and the nipple (
Ruzhong ( ST17) ) The upper 1/4 inflection point of the connecting line.

【Anatomy】
- Muscles: pectoralis major and pectoralis minor; the deep layers are the internal and external muscles of the first intercostal space.
- Nerve: Prethoracic nerve branches.
- Vessels: thoracoacromial artery and vein and branches of lateral thoracic artery and vein.
【Manipulation】
Subcutaneous insertion 0.5~0.8 inches. moxa cone moxibustion 3 ~ 5 strong, moxibustion with moxa stick 5 ~ 10 minutes.
【Efficacy】
ventilating lung, regulating qi.
