Huagai (CV20) and approximately at the upper one-fourth point of the line connecting the midpoint of clavicle (below

- Muscles: pectoralis major and pectoralis minor; the deep layers are the internal and external muscles of the first intercostal space.
- Nerve: branches of anterior thoracic nerve.
- Vessels: thoracoacromial artery and vein and branches of lateral thoracic artery and vein.
