【Origin】
The point is in the sacrum, below the waist, hence the name lower waist.
【Location】
In the midline of the sacral region. Select a point near the top between the spinous processes of the second and third sacral vertebrae.
【Anatomy】
At the supraspinal ligament, there are the second and third sacral arteries and veins, and the posterior branches of the second and third sacral nerves.
【Manipulation】
Moxibustion for 3 to 7 strokes, or 50 strokes.
【Efficacy】
Dysentery, persistent pus and blood in the stool, difficult delivery, enteritis.
