[Origin]
All, all. The point is in the middle of the inner side of the calf, where the Qi of the liver meridian is deeply concentrated, hence its name. It is also connected to the foot reverting yin liver meridian (LR) cleft point, so it is also called "Zhongqie". Beiji Qianjin Yaofang‧ and Waitai Miyao both use Zhongqie as their official names. "Du" and "鄄" are similar in shape, so the word "Du" may be due to miscommunication.

Neihuaijian (EX-LE8), in the middle of the inner side of the tibia. When
Ligou (LR5) goes straight up two inches.
[Anatomy]
- Muscle: Anterior to soleus.
- Nerve: middle branch of saphenous nerve.
- Vessel: great saphenous vein.
[Manipulation]
Subcutaneous insertion 0.5-1 inch upward or downward, or perpendicular insertion 0.5-1 inch along the posterior edge of the tibia. moxa cone moxibustion 1 to 3 times, moxa stick warm moxibustion for 3 to 5 minutes.
[Efficacy]
soothing liver and regulating qi, regulating menstruation and regulating blood.
- Classical: abdominal distension and fullness, abdominal pain, diarrhea, hernia, vaginal pain, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, lochiorrhea, agonizing arthralgia pain, inability to stand, heat under the feet.
- Modern: Viral Hepatitis, Dysfunctional Zigong (EX-CA1) Bleeding.
