On the deltoid muscle of the shoulder, when the arm is abducted or stretched forward, it is in the depression on the front and outside of the acromion.

- Muscles: deltoid, subdeltoid bursa; deep layer has supraspinatus tendon.

Oblique insertion of 1 to 1.5 inches from the elbow of the hanging arm to the deltoid muscle; or, with the upper arm in the abducted position, insert 1 to 2 inches deep along the anteromedial aspect of the humeral head toward the axilla. moxa cone moxibustion 3 ~ 5 strong, moxibustion with moxa stick 5 ~ 10 minutes.

Evacuate meridian and collateral wind-dampness, clear Yangming Qi and fire, clear joints, dispel evil and relieve fever.
- Classical: Heat in the shoulder, cold shoulder, finger paralysis and arm pain, partial wind, hemiplegia, rubella rash, arm cramps and pain, thin and weak arms, muscle and bone aches, wind-dampness in both shoulders and limbs hot.
