[Origin]
The point is on the extended side of the forearm, so it is called "outer". From the wrist to here it looks like the key point of a pass, hence the name. Opposite of Neiguan (PC6).

Two inches behind the transverse crease on the dorsum of the wrist on the extended side of the forearm, between the ulna and the radius, Dangyang (EX-HN2) Pool is connected to Zhoujian (EX-UE1). When the elbow is bent and the palm is bent, it is in the depression on the radial side of the digital extensor muscle.

[Anatomy]
- Muscles: The extensor digitorum and extensor pollicis longus are on the radial side, and the extensor digiti minimi is on the ulnar side; the extensor index finger muscles are on the lower layer; when the elbow is bent and the palm is bent, the extensor finger muscles turn to the ulnar side.
- Nerve: The posterior cutaneous nerve of the forearm, and the deep layers include the anterior and posterior interosseous nerves of the forearm.
- Blood vessels: In the deep part, there are the anterior interosseous artery of the forearm and the posterior artery and vein.
[Manipulation]
Perpendicular insertion or slightly posterior upper and lower oblique insertion 0.5~1 inch. moxa cone moxibustion 3 to 5 minutes, moxa stick warm moxibustion for 5 to 15 minutes.

dispersing wind, clearing away heat and relieving stress.
- Classical: fever, bad wind, joint pain, chest fullness and tightness, hemiplegia, waist and foot spasm, partial head wind, numbness in hands and feet, cold and painful eyes, scrofula Jiehexue, tinnitus deafness, arm weakness, Soreness of the elbows and wrists, pain in the flanks and ribs, abdominal pain constipation, and pain in the five fingers making it impossible to hold objects.
- Modern: common cold, pneumonia, mumps, otitis media, enuresis, wrist ptosis.
