[Origin]
肓, refers to the abdominal membrane; Yu, refers to the acupoint. The acupuncture point is next to the navel, which means the shu of the membrane.

[Anatomy]
- Muscles: internal and external oblique tendon membrane, transversus abdominis tendon membrane, rectus abdominis muscle. (The deep part is small intestine).
- Nerve: Tenth intercostal nerve.
- Vessels: Muscular branches of inferior epigastric artery and vein.
[Manipulation]
Perpendicular insertion or oblique insertion 0.5 to 1.5 inches toward the middle of the umbilicus. moxa cone moxibustion 3 to 5 times, moxa stick warm moxibustion for 10 to 15 minutes.

Regulates intestines, invigorates qi, and warms the middle.
