On the palmar crease of wrist, in the depression on the radial side of flexor carpi ulnaris tendon, posterior to pisiform bone.
- Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing: "Located in the depression at the end of the sharp (prominent) bone behind palm".

- Nerve: medial cutaneous nerve of forearm and palmar branch of ulnar nerve are dually distributed, and ulnar nerve trunk is on the radial side.

Insert perpendicularly or along the radial side of the tendon of flexor carpi ulnaris muscle 0.3 to 0.5 cun, or perform a penetrating needle toward Lingdao (HT4). Direct moxibustion is not recommended; moxibustion with moxa stick for 5 to 15 minutes.
