[Origin]

Yin refers to hand lesser yin heart meridian (HT); Qie refers to pores. The point belongs to hand lesser yin heart meridian (HT) cleft point, hence the name.

  • Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing: "In the back pulse of the palm, remove the wrist for five minutes";

[Anatomy]

  • Muscle: Between the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon and the flexor digitorum superficialis muscle, the deep layer is the flexor digitorum profundus muscle.
  • Nerve: The medial cutaneous nerve of the forearm, and the ulnar nerve on the ulnar side.
  • Vessel: ulnar artery.

[Manipulation]

Perpendicular insertion 0.3~0.5 inches. moxa cone moxibustion 1 to 3 times, moxa stick warm moxibustion for 3 to 5 minutes.

[Efficacy]

clearing heart fire, quenching the yang deficiency, calming the mind and strengthening the external points.

  • Classical: headache, vertigo, heart pain, palpitations, aversion to cold, epistaxis, hematemesis, pharyngitis, night sweating, infantile bone steaming, aphonia, inability to speak, cholera, fullness in the chest, cold cough.
  • Modern: neurasthenia, lung Jiehexue.
